> Foods and Nutrition

Information is available on how to properly choose, prepare, and preserve food for healthy diets.
The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program was piloted in Shelby County in 1969, and the Tennessee Nutrition and Consumer Education Program in 1995, both designed to teach healthy eating practices to limited resource audiences.
Food safety training is available for individuals and institutions.

Information available on hundreds of topics ranging from how to control moles in your yard, how to preserve or prepare turkey, to how to get any of 50 stains out of your clothes. Technology with a personal touch - a real live person will answer the phone, play the tape you need, and inquire about further questions. Available 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday.

> Co-Parenting for Divorcing Parents

This court-mandated class will cover positive communication techniques for divorcing parents, as well as keeping children out of the center of conflicts.
